Description
Am Standort Hardhof der Wasserversorgung der Stadt Zürich (WVZ) werden gastronomische Leistungen benötigt: Das Restaurant und die Cafeteria Aqualino, ein Automatensystem, ein Selbstversorgungsbereich sowie Caterings im Rahmen von Anlässen werden durch eine externe gastronomische Organisation bewirtschaftet. Die zukünftige Betriebsgastronomie der WVZ am Standort Hardhof soll sich von einer heute eher kostenorientiert ausgerichteten Zweckverpflegung hin zu einer optimal qualitativ/finanziell ausbalancierten Betriebsverpflegung entwickeln: Weit mehr als blosse Zweckverpflegung, aber keine kostenintensive Erlebnisgastronomie.
