Das ERZ betreibt an den Standorten Hagenholz und Werdhölzli eigene Personalrestaurants.  Für die Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebes wird eine zuverlässige und kurzfristig  verfügbare Personalvermittlung benötigt, die qualifiziertes Küchenpersonal gemäss den betrieblichen Anforderungen zur Verfügung stellt.  Wesentliche Punkte der erwarteten Leistung: Der Anbieter verpflichtet sich, nach Anfrage innerhalb von 24 Stunden geeignetes Personal  bereitzustellen. Die Einsatzdauer wird jeweils durch das ERZ definiert und kann von einem  Tag bis zu mehreren Monaten variieren.  Die ausgeschriebene Leistung umfasst:  Rekrutierung und Bereitstellung von Küchenpersonal  o Köche mit mindestens 2 Jahren Berufserfahrung oder EFZ-Abschluss, idealerweise mit Führungserfahrung  o Hilfsköche mit mindestens 2 Jahren Berufserfahrung oder EBA-Abschluss  o Küchenhilfen ohne Abschluss (Anfänger) nach Bedarf
