Für die Unterstützung der IDW wird eine erfahrene Partnerin im Bereich IT Network System Engineering mit ausgewiesenem Schwerpunkt auf Technologien von Cisco gesucht. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst insbesondere: Fachliche Unterstützung bei konzeptionellen Fragestellungen im Netzwerkumfeld (MAN, LAN, WLAN, Datacenter-Netzwerke), insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit Updates, neuen Releases sowie der Evaluation und Einführung neuer Technologien Projektbegleitung und fachliche Mitwirkung in Infrastrukturprojekten mit Schwerpunkt IT-Netzwerk Unterstützung bei der Automatisierung und Standardisierung im Bereich IT-Netzwerk Temporäre Unterstützung bei Ressourcenengpässen innerhalb der IDW, grösstenteils vor Ort, in Ausnahmefällen und nach vorgängiger Absprache auch remote Unterstützung bei Fehleranalysen im Bereich IT-Netzwerk, einschliesslich der Eröffnung, Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von TAC-Support-Cases beim Hersteller Cisco Systems Die Anbieterin verpflichtet sich, sämtliche im Rahmen dieses Auftrags erforderlichen Leistungen fachgerecht, termingerecht und gemäss den technischen sowie betrieblichen Anforderungen der Auftraggeberin zu erbringen.
