Description

1. Талони (скретч-картки) повинні забезпечувати можливість безперешкодної заправки транспортних засобів Замовника на автозаправних станціях Учасника та/або партнерських АЗС на всій території України, за винятком тимчасово окупованих територій та територій, на яких ведуться активні бойові дії. Мережа АЗС повинна бути представлена у більшості областей України та забезпечувати можливість заправки транспортних засобів Замовника під час службових відряджень на території України. 2. У зв’язку з постійною загрозою обстрілів території міста Нікополь та з метою забезпечення безперебійного і своєчасного постачання пального для потреб Замовника, Учасник повинен мати автозаправну станцію на території м. Покров, Дніпропетровської області 3. Відпуск товару здійснюється за талонами (скретч-картками) номіналом 20 літрів. 4. Термін дії талонів (скретч-карток) повинен становити не менше 12 місяців з дати їх отримання Замовником з можливістю продовження строку дії до повного використання без додаткової оплати. Підприємство знаходиться на території міста Нікополь (Нікопольська міська територіальна громада), що включена до Переліку територій, на яких ведуться (велися) бойові дії, як територія активних бойових дій, які не були завершені (код територіальної громади UA12080050010010114).
