2) Для відпуску Товару уповноваженим особам Покупця в мережі автозаправних станцій Постачальника, Постачальник надає у користування талони на відпуск Товару.
3) Постачальник зобов’язаний забезпечити безперебійний та повний відпуск обсягу Товару за талонами через мережу автозаправних станцій (власних, орендованих, партнерських) по Україні та обов’язково в межах м. Чугуєва Харківської області або на відстані не більше 40 км від нього.
4) Фактом подання цінової пропозиції учасник підтверджує, що запропонований товар не є походженням з Російської Федерації/Республіки Білорусь/Ісламської Республіки Іран
