Бензин А-95 (Євро 5) у вигляді талонів - 600 л. Перед підписанням договору надати Довідку щодо кінцевого бенефіціарного власника та витяг з Єдиного державного реєстру юридичних осіб, фізичних осіб-підприємців та громадських формувань (розширений). Постачальник зобов’язується забезпечити можливість відпуску Бензину А-95 за талонами на автозаправних станціях, розташованих на відстані не більше 6 км (м.Полтава, вул.Соборності,36) до найближчої АЗС. У разі припинення роботи окремих АЗС Постачальник зобов’язується забезпечити альтернативні точки відпуску пального в межах встановленого радіусу без зміни вартості та інших істотних умов договору. Постачальник гарантує, що країною-походження Товару, який буде поставлятися Замовнику не є з Російської Федерації, Республіки Білорусь та Ісламської Республіки Іран.
