The buyer, the Rashchivskyi Psychoneurological Boarding House, purchased fuel coupons for refuelling vehicles: petrol A-95 (Euro 5), diesel fuel (Euro 5) and liquefied petroleum gas. Fuel must be collected directly at petrol stations in the city of Hadiach, at no fewer than two stations. Coupons are valid for at least 12 months from receipt, must be issued in denominations of 10 and 20 litres, and are replaced free of charge if their external form changes. Purchases are made as needed according to the buyer's requests. The contract was awarded to TOV 'BVS RETAIL' for UAH 455,920, with the award date 2026-01-26.
