Строк передачі товару: з дати укладення договору до 31.08.2026 року. Товар, що є предметом цього Договору придбається в талонах номіналом 10-20 літрів зі строком дії не менше 12 (дванадцяти) місяців з моменту переходу права власності на Товар до Покупця (з моменту підписання сторонами видаткової накладної на Товар). Заправка транспортних засобів Покупця здійснюється шляхом обміну Товару (в талонах) на ПММ в роздрібній мережі АЗС Продавця, які повинні знаходитися у м. Верхньодніпровськ, м. Кам’янське, на території Дніпропетровської області та на території України. Країною походження Товару, який поставляється Продавцем, не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран. На підтвердження цієї інформації на момент укладання Договору Продавцем надається довідка про походження Товару (Додаток № 3 до Договору), що постачається, згідно Технічної специфікації пропозиції Продавця в електронній системі закупівель
