The Bratska Village Council in Voznesensk district, Mykolaiv region, bought fuel coupons for petrol A-95 (Euro 5) and diesel fuel (Euro 5) through a request for price proposals. The contract was awarded to LLC 'Petrol Partner'. The estimated value was UAH 1,100,000. Under the terms, coupons must be delivered in batches according to the buyer's orders, must remain valid for at least 90 days from issue, and expired coupons may be exchanged. Payment is due within 10 banking days after signing the fuel delivery note. The winner's filling station must be within 5 km of the buyer's address in Bratske for daily refuelling of official vehicles.
