The Sumy Regional Prosecutor's Office awarded a contract for the supply of fuel coupons: petrol A-95 (Euro 5) and diesel fuel (Euro 5). The winner is the private enterprise 'Ukrpaletsystem' and the awarded value is UAH 1,418,100, announced without VAT since VAT depends on the winner's taxation system at contract signing. Fuel is released at filling stations in the Sumy region, including Sumy, Okhtyrka, Shostka, Konotop and Romny, using coupons with a nominal value of 10 and 20 litres. Coupons are valid for 12 calendar months from receipt by the buyer. The supplier guarantees the fuel does not originate from Russia, Belarus or Iran.
