The buyer is purchasing fuel coupons for unleaded petrol A-95 (Euro 5) and diesel fuel (Euro 5). Goods of Russian, Belarusian or Iranian origin are excluded. The supplier must operate filling stations within 70 km of the buyer's location and across the whole territory of Ukraine. Fuel must be released to the buyer's vehicles via coupons usable at the supplier's own network, with all coupons valid and redeemable throughout Ukraine. The coupons must be delivered once, in full, within 7 calendar days of contract signature, no later than 10 October 2026, to the address: 16453, Chernihiv region, Nizhyn district, village Plysky, 33 Nezalezhnosti Street.
