Under Cabinet of Ministers resolution No. 178 of 2 March 2022, fuel supplied to armed forces and other state security bodies is taxed at a zero VAT rate. The supplier must operate at least 3 filling stations in Ternopil city, with the nearest within 5 km, at least 10 stations in the region, and at least one station in each region of Ukraine except occupied territories.
