1. Поставка платіжних талонів, повинна здійснюватися частинами (партіями) згідно заявок Замовника. Строк дії талонів має становити не менше 180 днів з дня їх видачі. У разі закінчення строку дії талонів, Учасник повинен мати можливість провести їх обмін на інші. 2. Оплата Покупцем здійснюється за фактично поставлене Продавцем Паливо протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з моменту підписання Сторонами видаткової накладної на паливо. 3. АЗС Учасника торгів (власна, орендована або партнерська), має бути розташована в радіусі не більше 5 км від юридичної адреси Замовника (Київська область, Бучанський р-н, с. Гореничі, вул. Соборна, 204), для забезпечення можливості щоденної заправки службових транспортних засобів. 4. З метою уникнення транспортних колапсів, заторів та максимальної економії пального - Учасник повинен мати в наявності розгалужену мережу автозаправних станцій не менше, ніж 30 АЗС в межах Київської області.
