Petrol A-95 (Euro 5), Ukrnafta petrol stations, vouchers

The buyer is procuring petrol grade A-95 (Euro 5) supplied through vouchers (talons) at Ukrnafta filling stations. The supplier must operate or have access to a developed network of own, leased and/or partner stationary petrol stations across the whole territory of Ukraine, including in the village of Blyzniuky and, as an exception, the city of Lozova in Kharkiv region, where the buyer's vehicles can be refuelled around the clock using issued voucher documents. Fuel supply must be uninterrupted, including Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and non-working days as required by the buyer. Vouchers must be denominated in 10-litre and 20-litre values and remain valid for at least 12 months from receipt, or be unlimited. The goods must not originate from the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus or the Islamic Republic of Iran.
