Description

Звертаємо увагу учасників на умови Договору:2.3. Строк дії талонів - 1 рік (12 місяців) від дати накладної.2.5. У разі завершення терміну дії талонів, їх заміна або продовження терміну дії Постачальником до повного використання талонів Замовником.5.4. АЗС Постачальника та/або його партнерів, через які здійснюється відпуск пального за талонами, повинні бути розташовані на відстані не більше 15 км автомобільними дорогами від місцезнаходження Замовника. 4.2. Замовник проводить оплату за товар після отримання товару протягом 30-ти робочих днів, на підставі видаткових накладних підписаних сторонами. Країна походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація, Республіка Білорусь або Ісламська Республіка Іран, відповідно до вимог пункту 57 Порядку формування та застосування електронного каталогу (постанова КМУ №822).
