Fluxys, the gas transmission operator in Belgium, is procuring a mobile recompression unit with associated services to reduce methane emissions during depressurisation activities on its gas network installations. The scope covers design, manufacturing, supply, inspection and testing, shipping, commissioning, user training and start-up of a complete unit, including all compression equipment plus maintenance and support services. The unit must be gas engine powered, installed outdoors, suitable for high-calorific gas and gas mixtures with up to 10% hydrogen, and able to recompress gas for reinjection into the network. Belgian legislation and European directives apply. An optional flatbed truck integration is offered.
