Description
Le présent marché public concerne la construction d’un complexe horeca neuf comprenant notamment une cuisine centrale, une salle de restauration avec 200 places assises, un bar central et une terrasse. Le projet prévoit également une salle de briefing, une salle de réunion et des bureaux. Le marché inclut en outre l’aménagement de places de parking, la réorganisation des abords extérieurs, l’achat et l’installation d’unités en conteneurs, ainsi que la démolition de deux bâtiments vétustes.
