Le présent marché est un marché public mixte de travaux et de fourniture dont l’objet est défini comme suit : L'entreprise a pour objet les corps d’état : • CE 00 : Logistique • CE 01 : Gros-Œuvre - clos couvert • CE 02 : Menuiseries extérieures • CE 03 : Revêtement de sols • CE 04 : Cloisons et faux-plafonds • CE 05 : Menuiseries intérieures - mobilier fixe • CE 06 : Plafonnage - enduits - revêtements muraux - peintures • CE 07 : Électricité • CE 08 : Sanitaires • CE 09 : HVAC - Ventilation • CE 10 : Ascenseur • CE 11 : Fluides médicaux • CE 14 : Abords Pour la réalisation de : 1.1 La réaffectation de la zone des anciens soins intensifs au 1er étage ; 1.2 La construction d’un rez-de-chaussée et d’un 1er étage en lien direct avec les nouvelles salles de bloc opératoire en façade avant ; 1.3 La construction d’un rez-de-chaussée et d’un 1er étage en lien direct avec les nouvelles salles de bloc opératoire en façade latérale.
