Le site comprend actuellement une maison de repos de 73 lits, une résidence service de 49 appartements et une crèche de 56 places. Plusieurs écoles côtoient le site. L’extension comprendra 50 lits complémentaires afin d’obtenir une capacité totale de 123 lits. • Lot 1 - Démolition, Gros-œuvre fermé, parachèvement, abords et pilotage; • Lot 2 - Techniques spéciales toutes techniques confondues excepté appel infirmier; • Lot 3 - Ascenseur; • Lot 4 - Appel infirmier
