Le présent marché public de services porte sur le remplacement de l’outil informatique de gestion du logement social de la ÖWOB SRL, société de logement de service public active en Communauté germanophone de Belgique. Le marché comprend la fourniture, l’implémentation, la migration des données, la formation et la maintenance d’un écosystème numérique intégré couvrant la gestion locative sociale. L’objectif est l’optimisation et la digitalisation des processus, tout en garantissant une interopérabilité pérenne avec les systèmes existants et futurs ainsi qu’une connexion aux sources de données authentiques (notamment fédérales). La mise en oeuvre du projet est prévue de manière progressive, en plusieurs phases. Le présent marché concerne la fourniture, l’implémentation, la migration des données, la formation et la maintenance d’une solution logicielle dédiée à la gestion locative sociale.
