Description

Deze opdracht omvat een expertise-, ondersteunings- en dynamiseringsopdracht voor het BeSustainable-platform. Het doel is om de praktijkverandering van actoren in ruimtelijke ordening, stedenbouw en stadsvernieuwing voort te zetten, verdeeld over verschillende assen (en percelen in het bijzonder). Het hoofddoel is om projectleiders in Brussel aan te moedigen om projecten met sterke duurzaamheidsambities uit te voeren en deze actoren vervolgens autonoom te maken in deze nieuwe praktijken, terwijl ze tegelijkertijd blijven werken aan innovatie. Le présent marché porte sur une mission d’expertise, d’accompagnement et d’animation de la plateforme BeSustainable. Il vise à poursuivre le travail de soutien au changement des pratiques des acteurs dans les domaines de l’aménagement du territoire, de l’urbanisme et de la rénovation urbaine, décliné en différents axes (et lots notamment). L’objectif principal est d’inciter les porteurs de projets urbains à Bruxelles à réaliser des projets à fortes ambitions de durabilité, puis à rendre ces acteurs autonomes sur ces nouvelles pratiques, tout en continuant le travail sur des domaines d’innovation.
