Par le biais de la présente consultation de marché, la SNCB souhaite attribuer une nouvelle concession portant sur l’installation et l’exploitation de 24 concessions dans 20 gares différentes pour le concept « Press & Books ». Le présent cahier spécial des charges a pour objet l’attribution d’une concession portant sur l’installation et l’exploitation de 24 points de vente de presse dans 20 gares, comme mentionné à l’article III.2 « Sites disponibles ». Par le biais de la présente procédure d’attribution, la SNCB souhaite désigner un concessionnaire pour l’exploitation de 24 points de vente de presse sur la base d’un accord-cadre. En complément de l’accord-cadre, un contrat de concession distinct sera conclu pour chaque point presse.
