Le présent marché a pour objet la préparation et la livraison de repas destinés à des centres d’hébergement collectif pour personnes en situation de précarité. Les prestations comprennent la fourniture de repas prêts à consommer, la livraison quotidienne sur site et la mise à disposition des contenants et équipements nécessaires au transport et au service. Le prestataire assure la fourniture des repas suivants : # Petit-déjeuner (repas froid autorisé) ; # Dîner /repas chaud principal ; # Collations, le cas échéant. Les repas doivent être équilibrés et nutritifs, adaptés aux besoins d’un public en situation de vulnérabilité et composés de manière à garantir un apport suffisant en protéines, lipides et glucides. Les menus doivent être communiqués à l’avance (1 semaine avant la livraison effective).
