Le présent marché porte sur la désignation d’un Laboratoire National de Référence pour les organismes nuisibles aux végétaux (insectes et acariens, nématodes, bactéries, champignons et oomycètes, virus, viroïdes et phytoplasmes) pour le compte de l'AFSCA. Le présent marché porte sur la désignation d’un Laboratoire National de Référence, abrégé ci-après par « LNR », dans le domaine décrit ci-dessous. Outre les tâches typiques de soutien politique, de conseil et de coordination du LNR, la mission prévoit également la réalisation de certaines analyses complexes, pour lesquelles il est extrêmement utile que les centres de compétence spécialisés qui les effectuent fassent partie du réseau de laboratoires de référence coordonné par l’Union européenne. Le champ d’application du LNR désigné comprend : Les organismes nuisibles aux végétaux (insectes et acariens, nématodes, bactéries, champignons et oomycètes, virus, viroïdes et phytoplasmes).
