Le marché concerne l’évacuation des terres polluées provenant des vidanges de balayeuses, avec leur acheminement vers un centre de tri agréé. Il inclut également le chargement et le transport de déchets, notamment ceux contenant des plantes invasives, depuis le dépôt situé rue d’Amiens vers un centre de regroupement, de recyclage ou d’enfouissement technique (C.E.T.), ou vers une installation de valorisation, conformément aux réglementations régionales en vigueur.
