Le présent dossier concerne la conclusion d’un contrat pluriannuel pour l’acquisition, l’implémentation et la maintenance du système ‘Defense Mobility & Activity Platform’ (DeMAP) pendant toute la durée de vie du système. 1) Le système doit être basé sur un logiciel ‘Commercial Off The Shelf’ (COTS) pouvant être adapté aux besoins de la Défense. L’implémentation doit permettre d’intégrer les processus de la Défense en matière de mobilité militaire au moyen de la configuration et du paramétrage. Si nécessaire, cette solution pourra être complétée par le développement, l’extension ou l’adaptation de modules logiciels spécifiques ainsi que par des interfaces avec les systèmes pertinents de la Défense. 2) Un contrat de services complet couvrant l’ensemble de la durée de vie du système.
