Description

Solution_de_préservation_numérique Infrabel souhaite mettre en place une solution de préservation numérique de ses données structurées, semi-structurées et non-structurées, respectant le cadre du modèle OAIS. Cette solution doit permettre à Infrabel de : - Conserver sur le long terme les informations pertinentes - Garantir sur le long terme l'exploitation du contenu de ses records et la gestion des métadatas - S'intégrer dans les espaces de stockages disponibles - Infrastructure On Premise - S'appuyer sur l'expertise d'experts pouvant effectuer des interventions On Site dans les data centers d'Infrabel pour assurer la sécurité et la continuité opérationnelle du système ou de pouvoir profiter d'une solution Cloud, moyennant analyse de risques préalable, démontrant toutes les garanties de conformité aux réglementations et standards applicables - S'intégrer dans les environnements Microsoft et SAP - S’intégrer dans le paysage applicatif existant au sein d’Infrabel avec, par exemple, la mise en place de connecteurs vers les solutions Colibra - Travailler dans les langues nationales utilisées chez Infrabel, l'interface de travail devant s'afficher en Français ou en Néerlandais selon la langue du collaborateur - Permettre la traçabilité long terme des signatures digitales dans le respect du règlement UE910/2014 (eIDAS), de ses actes d’éxcecution ou dérivés et de la législation blege en la matière Accord-cadre pour la mise en place d’une solution de préservation numérique pour Infrabel
