Le présent marché a pour objet la maintenance et l’évolution du système d’information et de gestion des ressources humaines « HR Access » actuellement installé et utilisé au Forem. Le Forem dispose actuellement d’un pack de licences pour 5000 utilisateurs, installées « On Prem » dans le datacenter du Forem, de type « Perpétuel » et nominatives.
