Le présent marché a pour objet l’acquisition, configuration, formation et maintenance d'un outil de planification de formations et activités connexes incluant une phase préalable de « PROOF OF CONCEPT » (POC) destinée à valider l’adéquation fonctionnelle et opérationnelle de la solution proposée au regard des besoins du pouvoir adjudicateur.
