Le présent marché a pour objet l’acquisition, configuration, formation et maintenance d'un outil de planification de formations et activités connexes incluant une phase préalable de « PROOF OF CONCEPT » (POC) destinée à valider l’adéquation fonctionnelle et opérationnelle de la solution proposée au regard des besoins du pouvoir adjudicateur. Le marché est structuré en trois phases : • Phase 1 : réalisation d’un Proof of Concept ; • Phase 2 : déploiement opérationnel de la solution, conditionné à la validation préalable et expresse du POC par le pouvoir adjudicateur. • Phase 3 : phase routine, passage sous licence
