Le présent marché vise la désignation de prestataires de services en vue de l’analyse de risques incendie de bâtiments, essentiellement destinés au logement, des Sociétés de Logements de Service public en Wallonie (hors Communauté germanophone), en ce compris les parties communes d’un bâtiment (circulations, locaux techniques) et, le cas échéant, les fonctions annexes (bureaux, salle polyvalente, parkings enterrés ou couverts, etc.). Le « bâtiment » est défini comme « unité bâtie continue, physiquement délimitée formant un ensemble homogène distinct des constructions adjacentes ». La mission vise à faciliter la gestion de la prévention incendie des immeubles à appartements appartenant aux Sociétés de Logement de Service Public et à proposer et chiffrer les moyens de lutte à mettre en place pour améliorer les situations qui le nécessitent. Analyse des risques incendie pour les bâtiments soumis aux Normes de Base Incendie (NBI), c’est-à-dire, les bâtiments moyens et élevés dont le permis de bâtir a été introduit après le 26 mai 1995 et pour les bâtiments bas (- de 10 m) après le 1er janvier 1998.; Analyse des risques incendie pour les immeubles à appartements plus anciens que ceux nommés dans le lot I et donc, les bâtiments non soumis Aux Normes de Base Incendie, c’est-à-dire les bâtiments moyens et élevés dont le permis de bâtir a été introduit avant le 26 mai 1995 et pour les bâtiments bas (- de 10 m) avant le 1er janvier 1998.
