Le présent marché a pour objet une mission d'Assistance à la Maîtrise d'Ouvrage (AMO) pour le pouvoir adjudicateur dans la conduite et le suivi de l’opération, depuis les phases de planification de projet depuis les phases de programmation et planification jusqu’à l’expiration de l’ultime délai de garantie relatif à la réalisation des travaux de la transformation du bâtiment des anciennes piscines de Louvain-la-Neuve, sis rue du Castinia en bâtiment scolaire (Ecole Supérieure des Arts spécialisée dans le cinéma, théâtre, télévision, radio) comprenant la coordination administrative, technique et financière dans le cadre du Programme d’Investissement Exceptionnel de la Fédération Wallonie Bruxelles. L'assistance à la maîtrise d'ouvrage consiste à apporter assistance et conseil au maître d'ouvrage sur les aspects techniques, réglementaires, administratifs, juridiques, économiques et performanciels lors de la réalisation du projet.
