Le présent marché a pour objectif de désigner un-e spécialiste des programmations culturelle et architecturale, afin d’accompagner la traduction opérationnelle du projet de la Maison Salvatore Adamo en un lieu muséal et culturel à forte vocation touristique. Il s’agira de définir les orientations, usages et fonctionnalités permettant d’articuler, au sein du bâtiment et de ses abords, une double ambition : la valorisation patrimoniale et la mise en œuvre d’un musée vivant, dont la dynamique repose sur la programmation artistique et l’accueil de créateurs. Les prestations attendues intègreront également une expertise en concertation et en gouvernance collaborative, en vue d’assurer l’ancrage territorial du projet et la valorisation de la création musicale locale. L’équipe doit se composer au minimum de : >un ARCHITECTE ou INGENIEUR CIVIL ARCHITECTE >un EXPERT EN INGENIERIE CULTURELLE >un EXPERT EN INTELLIGENCE COLLECTIVE Le présent marché est divisé en 5 "volets" et c'est un marché à tranches ferme et conditionnelles. La tranche ferme porte sur le volet 1, le volet 2, 3, 4 et 5 étant des tranches conditionnelles et sont donc susceptibles de ne pas être commandées par le pouvoir adjudicateur en fonction de l'évolution du projet, de ses possibilités financières ou pour toute autre raison qui lui est propre. Le prestataire de service est avisé que le Pouvoir Adjudicateur est susceptible d’interrompre la mission après chacune des phases pour des raisons qui lui sont propres, sans qu’il en résulte pour lui aucune indemnité.
