Le présent marché porte sur la conception d’un parc paysager sur le site dit « des Locomotives », situé à l’arrière de la gare d’Ath, incluant les éléments de programme précités. Il s’agit d’un marché global et intégré, couvrant la mission depuis la conception jusqu’au suivi d’exécution, réception et suivi de garantie. La mission de l’auteur de projet comporte toutes les prestations ordinaires, en ce compris les prestations relevant des domaines de la conception, de la stabilité, de l’infrastructure et du design signalétique. L’adjudicataire est chargé de la coordination générale des tâches. À ce titre, il est garant de la cohérence du projet au niveau architectural, paysager, technique, performanciel et financier. Les prestataires de services nécessaires à la mission sont notamment les suivants : Au stade de la sélection  Paysagiste ou urbaniste pour la conception et le traitement des espaces publics, des stationnements et des espaces paysagers  Architecte inscrit au tableau de l'ordre pour la conception et la coordination globale de la halle publique Au stade de l’attribution  Ingénieur en construction pour la stabilité des gradins et de la halle et tout autre composante du site  Coordinateur sécurité-santé
