The Belgian railway company SNCB is procuring a 4-year framework agreement, split into 2 lots, covering the supply, installation works and maintenance of structured cabling and related installation services for IT infrastructure across its buildings. The scope includes new ticket machines (TVM), including the rollout of new machines in 2026-2027, data and fibre optic cabling in all SNCB buildings, housing infrastructure such as data racks and cable cabinets, Wi-Fi antenna installation and lifecycle management, cabling for hybrid meeting rooms, installation of screens and speakers, and installation services for the YPTO/SNCB SDA/SDN network. A maintenance contract covers fault resolution, including broken fibre optic cables and vandalism to ticket machines. Lot 1 covers structured IT cabling, extensions, ad-hoc interventions and maintenance; Lot 2 covers ticket machine installation, cabling and maintenance.
