Description

De opdracht betreft de aankoop en levering van vijf nieuwe, volledig afgewerkte en bedrijfsklare huisvuilwagens inclusief een full-service onderhoudscontract tijdens de waarborgperiode (zie II.9), én een onderhoudscontract voor een looptijd van 10 jaar, ten behoeve van Verko. De huisvuilwagens zullen worden ingezet voor de inzameling van verschillende afvalfracties binnen het werkingsgebied van Verko. De opdracht omvat de levering van volledig samengestelde en gebruiksklare voertuigen. Elk voertuig vormt één technisch en functioneel geheel, bestaande uit onder meer het chassis, de aandrijving, de huisvuilopbouw, het verdichtings- en uitdruksysteem, het beladingssysteem, het weeg- en identificatiesysteem, de camera- en veiligheidssystemen en alle overige uitrustingen die in de technische bepalingen van dit bestek worden omschreven. De opdrachtnemer staat in voor de volledige technische afstemming en integratie van alle onderdelen van het voertuig. Hij draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor de coördinatie tussen de fabrikant of leverancier van het chassis, de constructeur van de bovenbouw en de leveranciers van de overige systemen en uitrustingen. De opdracht omvat ook alle prestaties die noodzakelijk zijn om de voertuigen volledig bedrijfsklaar ter beschikking te stellen, waaronder minstens: • de opbouw en technische integratie van de voertuigen; • de levering en installatie van alle vereiste uitrustingen en systemen; • de uitvoering van de vereiste testen en controles; • de homologatie, keuring en conformiteit van het volledig samengestelde voertuig; • de levering van de vereiste attesten, certificaten, handleidingen en technische documentatie; • de indienststelling en de opleiding van de betrokken personeelsleden; • de waarborg en technische ondersteuning overeenkomstig de bepalingen van dit bestek. De voertuigen moeten bij levering volledig afgewerkt, gekeurd, ingeschreven of inschrijfklaar, gehomologeerd en onmiddellijk inzetbaar zijn voor de beoogde afvalinzameling.
