Belgium - Heating, ventilation and air conditioning packages - Replacement of chiller 2

The project concerns the replacement of a factory-assembled air-cooled chiller for industrial use, installed on the roof of an operating hospital. The unit has a cooling capacity of approximately 600 kW and serves both comfort cooling and process cooling, connected to the existing circuit. The contract covers dismantling and removal of the existing chiller, supply and installation of a new air-cooled unit with an acoustic enclosure, and full commissioning and integration into the existing installation. Particular attention is given to acoustic performance in a noise-sensitive environment, reliability and continuity of cooling in a hospital setting, and rooftop execution with attention to planning, logistics and safety. The contract will be awarded through a competitive procedure with negotiation.
