Description

De aanbesteder stelt een optisch transportnetwerk ter beschikking waarmee in hoofdzaak ethernet punt tot punt verbindingen worden aangeleverd aan overheidsklanten. Het netwerk is opgebouwd op basis van verschillende gestandaardiseerde technologieën: SDH, OTN, CE/MPLS-TP, WDM Deze opdracht heeft dan ook als doel de verbindingen over het bestaande optische transportnetwerk te beheren, het netwerk in stand te houden en verder uit te breiden volgens de noden van de Vlaamse Overheid. Ze heeft als voorwerp het 24u/24u en 7d/7d beheren, monitoren en het onderhouden van het netwerk, het technisch ontwerpen en ramen van uitbreidingen en aanpassingen (rekening houdend met de bestaande configuraties en glasvezelcapaciteiten), het leveren van apparatuur, plaatsen en in dienst nemen van punt tot punt verbindingen, het up-to-date houden van de bestaande inventarisdatabanken. Uitbreiding en het onderhoud van het optische transport netwerk van de Vlaamse overheid.
