Het wegenis- en rioleringsstelsel in de Meenseweg (tussen Kruiskasoijdestraat en Steverlyncklaan) is dringend aan vernieuwing toe. De voorliggende opdracht omvat de volledige studie : van opmaak voorontwerp tot definitieve oplevering van de werken (aanleg gescheiden rioleringsstelsel + volledige heraanleg van de wegenis met nieuwe voet- en fietspaden). De opdracht wordt gefinancierd door de stad Ieper voor het grootste deel met eigen middelen. Er wordt een subsidie gevraagd bij de Provincie via BFF voor de aanleg van de fietspaden en in principe zijn noch onteigeningen, noch een omgevingsvergunning noodzakelijk.
