Description

Stad Antwerpen wenst, naast het bestaande aanbod aan vaste zwembaden, extra in te zetten op een meer mobiel zwembad. De stad is daarom op zoek naar partijen die een modulair en volledig verplaatsbaar overdekt zwembad l kunnen aanbieden dat eenvoudig en vlot opgebouwd en terug afgebroken kan worden zodat het eventueel verplaatst kan worden naar een andere regio in de stad. Het is de bedoeling dat het zwembad voor enige tijd (+/- 4 maanden tot een seizoen) op een locatie in de stad in de buurt van verschillende scholen opgezet zou kunnen worden. Na deze periode dient het mobiele zwembad door de inschrijver terug afgebouwd te worden zodat het elders in de stad door hen weer opgebouwd kan worden. Het zwembad is geschikt om zwemlessen te geven aan een volledige klas schoolkinderen). We verwachten dus een verplaatsbaar zwembad dat veilig, robuust en geschikt is voor intensief gebruik. De infrastructuur dient te voldoen aan de milieunormen en eisen rond toezicht en waterkwaliteit zoals opgelegd door de Vlaamse Overheid. De inschrijver dient over de nodige vergunningen te beschikken alsook een toestemming van het agentschap zorg en gezondheid voor toepassing van het aangeboden systeem. Er dient maximaal ingezet te worden op waterbesparing en waterrecuperatie. Monitoring (24/24 en 7/7 registratie) van de waterkwaliteit en automatische sturing dient eveneens aanwezig te zijn.
