Dit bestek heeft als voorwerp de terbeschikkingstelling, de exploitatie en het onderhoud van een ingebouwd systeem voor telematica, vlootopvolging en het downloaden van tachograafgegevens. De vloot bestaat uit ± 780 voertuigen, waaronder 430 vrachtwagens. Het betreft voertuigen van het type ophaalwagens, lichte bedrijfsvoertuigen, dienstvoertuigen, veegwagens enz. Het systeem zou onder meer het volgende mogelijk moeten maken: • de tracking en geolokalisatie van de voertuigen; • de verzameling en de analyse van de technische gegevens en exploitatiegegevens van de voertuigen; • het beheer en het downloaden van de tachograafgegevens; • de naleving van de reglementaire verplichtingen op het vlak van transport en sociale wetgeving De opdracht omvat, als bijkomend en onlosmakelijk onderdeel van de dienstverlening: • de levering en de installatie van de boordapparatuur die nodig is voor de goede werking van het systeem; • de terbeschikkingstelling van een online toegankelijk softwareplatform; • de beveiligde hosting van de gegevens; • de software-updates; • de technische ondersteuning, de gebruikersopleiding en de operationele begeleiding gedurende de volledige looptijd van de overeenkomst.
