Description

Voorwerp van de diensten: deze opdracht heeft als voorwerp het verlenen van schoonmaakdiensten voor de opvangcentra van New Samusocial in Brussel, waar daklozen en kwetsbare personen worden opgevangen. De prestaties omvatten: de dagelijkse schoonmaak en desinfectie van kamers, sanitaire voorzieningen, gemeenschappelijke ruimtes en administratieve lokalen, volgens een aanpak die is afgestemd op de verschillende niveaus van gezondheidsrisico’s; de toepassing van de door New Samusocial vastgestelde hygiëneprotocollen, zoals beschreven in de technische eisen en de bijlagen bij dit bestek. De prestaties worden voornamelijk in het weekend en op feestdagen uitgevoerd, met de mogelijkheid om op verzoek van de aanbestedende overheid ook op weekdagen tussen te komen. Plaats van uitvoering van de diensten: de prestaties worden geleverd in de opvangcentra van New Samusocial die gelegen zijn op het grondgebied van het Brussels Hoofdstedelijk Gewest. Op de datum van publicatie van dit bestek gaat het om tien centra. Dit aantal kan tijdens de uitvoering van de opdracht veranderen, aangezien New Samusocial genoodzaakt kan zijn om centra te openen of te sluiten.
