Description

Het voorwerp van deze opdracht bestaat in hoofdzaak uit de opmaak van asbestinventarisattesten (hierna “asbestattesten”) voor burgers in het projectgebied van het lokaal bestuur. Het projectgebied bestaat uit het volledige grondgebied van de gemeente Puurs-Sint-Amands en de gebouwen die in dit projectgebied gelegen zijn. Het raamcontract beoogt een ruime hoeveelheid aan op te maken asbestattesten. Het bestek is zodanig opgebouwd dat de opdrachthouder inschrijft met een vooraf heldere capaciteit op jaarbasis die hij ook effectief dient te behalen. De opdrachthouder moet in staat zijn om 125 deelopdrachten voor asbestattesten per jaar op te leveren. Eén asbestattest is daarbij één deelopdracht. Dit is meteen ook zijn maximumcapaciteit binnen deze opdracht per jaar. Eén jaar omvat een periode van 365 dagen vanaf eerste afname. Voor de toekenning van de deelopdrachten is er een cascadesysteem voorzien.
