The Belgian broadcaster VRT is procuring an integrated Managed Print Services solution. The contract covers the supply and leasing of printers, maintenance and support, print management software, licences and consumables. It is divided into two lots: a temporary printing solution for the current VRT building, ensuring continuity of the printing environment during the move, and a framework agreement for a structural managed print solution in the new VRT building, including hardware, software, implementation, maintenance, support and consumable services.
