Description
Deze opdracht is een raamovereenkomst voor het leveren van diverse dranken. Deze opdracht is een opdracht voor leveringen in de zin art. 2, 20° van de Wet inzake overheidsopdrachten van 17 juni 2016. De opdracht neemt de vorm aan van een raamovereenkomst in de zin van art. 2, 35° van de Wet inzake overheidsopdrachten van 17 juni 2016 - zie I.4 voor meer informatie. Leveringsplaats: Hogeschool PXL - Centraal magazijn, Trichterheideweg 2 te 3500 Hasselt. De maximale waarde van deze raamovereenkomst (over de ganse looptijd en onverminderd de toepassing van art. 38 e.v. van het KB Uitvoering) bedraagt € 1.041.322,28 excl. btw.
