skeyes intends to conclude a framework agreement with a leasing company that will allow its staff members to take out individual bicycle lease contracts based on the principles of gross salary exchange. The number of leased bicycles depends on uptake among employees, estimated indicatively at 300 bicycles over the total contract duration. One single contractor will be awarded the framework agreement, running for an initial two years, extendable by one year. Individual leases are flexible, up to a maximum of 36 months, and may outlast the framework agreement. No exclusivity, purchase obligation or volume commitment applies. The range covers classic and folding electric bikes, cargo bikes, speed-pedelecs, non-electric and electric mountain, road and gravel bikes.
