Indien de opdracht wordt gegund, heeft deze een looptijd van één jaar vanaf de datum van kennisgeving van de gunning. De opdracht kan jaarlijks worden verlengd, met een maximum van drie verlengingen. De opdracht is niet opgedeeld in percelen, aangezien het voor de personeelsdienst van Smals en voor het personeel van Smals de uitvoering van de opdracht zou bemoeilijken indien er voor de uitgifte en levering van maaltijdcheques een andere leverancier zou zijn dan degene die belast is met de uitgifte en levering van elektronische eco-cheques. Deze overheidsopdracht voor leveringen heeft betrekking op de levering van elektronische maaltijdcheques en ecocheques.
