Description

Deze opdracht heeft betrekking op de levering, installatie, indienststelling en het onderhoud van een geautomatiseerd stollingsplatform voor het Klinisch Laboratorium AZ Sint-Lucas. Het platform zal in hoofdzaak worden ingezet binnen het klinisch laboratorium voor de uitvoering van routinematige en gespecialiseerde stollingsanalyses bij ambulante en gehospitaliseerde patiënten. Het systeem dient geschikt te zijn voor een hoge dagelijkse routineactiviteit en moet een betrouwbare, continue en efficiënte verwerking van stollingsanalyses mogelijk maken. Daarbij wordt verwacht dat verschillende analyses gelijktijdig en ad random verwerkt kunnen worden, zodat optimaal kan worden ingespeeld op zowel routineaanvragen als dringende bepalingen. Het platform zal worden gebruikt voor de uitvoering van courante stollingstesten zoals PT, aPTT, fibrinogeen en D-dimeren, evenals voor gespecialiseerde stollingsonderzoeken waaronder bepalingen in het kader van trombofiliescreening, anticoagulantiatherapie en lupus anticoagulansdiagnostiek. Gezien het belang van continuïteit binnen de patiëntenzorg dient eveneens een adequate back-up oplossing voorzien te worden voor de routineactiviteiten, zodat de dienstverlening bij technische storingen of onderhoud gegarandeerd blijft. Het aangeboden platform moet passen binnen de bestaande laboratoriumwerking en bijdragen aan een efficiënte workflow, kwaliteitsborging, standaardisatie van analyses en optimale ondersteuning van de laboratoriummedewerkers. Daarnaast voorziet deze opdracht in een optionele levering van een bijkomend toestel voor de toekomstige campus Watersportlaan (het huidige AZ Jan Palfijn) in de loop van 2027.
