ONDERHOUD BESTAANDE EN ONTWIKKELING VAN NIEUWE EHEALTH CONNECTOREN. Toelichting: De meer dan 6000 Wit-Gele Kruis verpleegkundigen beschikken allemaal over een tablet-computer met 4G aansluiting. Op die tablet draait software die in-house ontwikkeld wordt. Deze software wordt het Elektronisch Verpleegkundig Dossier (EVD) genoemd. Het EVD biedt onder meer volgende functionaliteiten aan thuisverpleegkundigen:  Intake van een nieuwe patiënt (opstellen dossier, input basisgegevens)  Raadplegen en beheer (ronde)planning  Raadplegen en beheer uit te voeren zorgen  Registratie parameters, observaties, schalen, …  Registratie van voorschriften  Communicatie met collega-verpleegkundigen + backoffice collega’s  Communicatie met de patiënt, mantelzorger, behandelend arts, andere zorgverleners,  Beheer van specifieke dossiers zoals kraamzorg, wondzorg, diabetes, medicatie, …  … De informatie in en uit het EVD wordt gesynchroniseerd met een backoffice applicatie (bestaat uit databanken + een applicatie) die gebruikt wordt door de WGK-medewerkers van de backoffice. Concreet gaat het hier over de verschillende ondersteunende diensten werkend in regionale kantoren verspreid over Vlaanderen. Vanuit het EVD en vanuit de backoffice is het nodig te connecteren naar verschillende externe diensten. Deze ‘connectie’ verloopt typisch via beveiligde webservices langs waar informatie naar overheidssystemen wordt gepusht of opgehaald. Een voorbeeld is de status verzekerbaarheid van een patiënt die wordt opgehaald bij de ziekenfondsen. Het gaat hier over informatie bij welk ziekenfonds een patiënt aangesloten is en welke rechten op terugbetaling de patiënt heeft. Wit-Gele Kruis maakt voor het connecteren naar die verschillende (overheids)diensten gebruik van een aantal ‘centrale connectoren’ die de link maken tussen de Wit-Gele Kruis (in-house) software en die externe diensten. Deze connectoren werden voor Wit-Gele Kruis ontwikkeld door een externe partner. Wit-Gele Kruis is op zoek naar een partner om:  de bestaande connectoren verder te onderhouden,  eventuele wijzigingen aan de bestaande connectoren te implementeren,  support te bieden op het gebruik van deze connectoren,  hosting te voorzien voor deze connectoren,  eventueel nieuwe connectoren te ontwikkelen
