The Province of Antwerp (Department of Spatial Planning, Heritage and Mobility), Belgium, is procuring IT services in two lots. Lot 1 covers on-demand access to recent (maximum 2 years old) and historical orthophotos, oblique aerial images and 3D point clouds of the territory. Lot 2 covers the production of various inventories based on those sources, plus automatic processing of the imagery. The images and inventories support assessment of environmental permit applications, spatial planning processes and mobility tasks, allowing office-based review of public and private sites.
